Friday, July 11th, Trish is having a get-together for Nick's baseball team. It will run through the evening so the pond won't be available for swimming and such that night.
Sunday, July 27th, Frank has reserved the place for their church to hold a baptismal service. This will only be during the am so will still be available later for anyone who is around.
